Payment Policy
Accepted Payment Methods
Payment for services at EndoAge is required in advance and can be made via:
Credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard)
Bank transfer (based on a proforma invoice)
Other electronic payment methods (only with prior agreement)
Payment is due at the time of booking or at the latest 24 hours before your appointment. Unpaid appointments may be cancelled automatically.
Invoicing
We issue fiscal receipts and/or invoices in compliance with Romanian tax regulations. If you need the invoice issued to a company, please provide the billing details in advance. Once issued, invoices cannot be modified.
Health Insurance
EndoAge does not work with the Romanian National Health Insurance House (CNAS) and does not offer reimbursements through public health insurance. If you have a private health insurance plan, we can provide supporting documents (detailed invoice, medical report, etc.) to help you request reimbursement from your provider. However, reimbursement is solely at their discretion.
Cancellation Policy
At EndoAge, each patient is scheduled individually, with dedicated time reserved for consultations and treatments. To respect everyone’s time, please follow the policy below:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled at no extra cost.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be charged 50% of the consultation fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full consultation fee.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email, WhatsApp, or the contact form on our website). If frequent late cancellations occur, we may require full prepayment for future appointments.
Refund Policy
Payments for consultations that have already taken place are non-refundable.
Personalized treatment packages are considered binding agreements for the specified period, and early cancellation does not entitle the patient to a refund for services already delivered or documentation already provided.
In justified situations (e.g., medical emergencies or circumstances beyond your control), we may consider cancelling future installments, but this remains at EndoAge’s sole discretion.
